Boone County Animal Services & Adoption Center is a government owned & operated facility. It is funded primarily by dog registration, ticket fines, and donations. BCAS's main focuses include, but are not limited to: humane education, promoting responsible pet ownership, enforcing dog rabies vaccination & registration, providing low-cost micro-chipping & spay/neuter assistance, and promoting dog adoptions.
Micro-Chipping - $15
Dog Adoption - $150
Spay/Neuter Voucher - $25-$35
